Brandon Dena is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Dena Capital, a national commercial mortgage banking and advisory firm specializing in debt and equity placement for commercial real estate transactions.

With over 17 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate finance, Mr. Dena is recognized as a market expert with a deep understanding of credit, capital markets, and complex deal structuring. He founded Dena Capital in 2026 with a clear vision: to deliver institutional-quality financing solutions with a boutique, client-first approach.

Mr. Dena advises private investors, developers, and business owners nationwide on acquisitions, refinances, and ground-up developments across all major asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, and senior housing. He is known for his ability to structure complex transactions for optimal execution—leveraging his expertise in capital stack structuring, lender credit appetites, and real-time market dynamics to maximize proceeds, improve terms, and enhance deal certainty.

Prior to launching Dena Capital, Mr. Dena served as a Senior Director, Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he partnered with brokers and clients to arrange debt solutions and advise on financing strategies across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership and lending roles at some of the nation’s leading financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West, and Citizens Business Bank, where he served as a Commercial Bank Manager overseeing a team of lenders. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in underwriting, credit analysis, and structuring tailored financing solutions for both middle-market and institutional clients.

Through Dena Capital, Mr. Dena maintains relationships with a broad network of capital providers nationwide—including commercial banks, credit unions, agency lenders, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds, and private capital sources.
